Copper egg pan (Kantou-style) from downtown Tokyo
Product Details
This Kanto-style copper omelet pan features a shape that is close to a square. The high thermal conductivity of copper quickly and evenly distributes heat throughout the pan, making it easy to cook eggs in a short amount of time. It's ideal for making fluffy, thick omelets and tamagoyaki.
Using high-purity copper plates, each pan has a pure tin lining meticulously applied by hand. The excellent heat conductivity and retention of copper allow for even cooking, minimizing unevenness and bringing out the soft texture of the egg. As you use it, the oil will season the pan, and you can also enjoy the unique aging and change in appearance that is characteristic of copper.
