The core material is "V Gold 10," a stainless steel with an excellent balance of sharpness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The blade length is 130mm. It is more compact and easier to handle than a santoku knife, and can be used for a wide range of tasks, from preparing meat, fish, and vegetables to cutting small amounts of food.
The blade has a Damascus pattern created by lamination, giving it a distinctive finish. The handle is made of laminated reinforced black wood.
