Copper Omelet Pan (Kansai-style), Tokyo Downtown
Product Details
This is a Kansai-style copper tamagoyaki pan with an elongated shape, making it easy to repeatedly roll eggs. Copper's high thermal conductivity quickly and evenly distributes heat throughout the pan, making it ideal for dishes like dashi-maki tamago, where you want to stack thinly cooked layers of egg to achieve a fluffy texture.
Made from high-purity copper plates, each pan has pure tin hand-applied to its interior. This design leverages copper's excellent thermal conductivity and heat retention, allowing it to faithfully transfer heat from the flame to your cooking. With repeated use, the pan becomes seasoned with oil, and its character deepens along with your daily tamagoyaki making.
